Headliner removal

I have a 2019 Unity LT which sits on a MB 2018 chassis. I would like to remove the cab head liner to install sound deadening material. Has any out there done this and are there tricks that I should know. Watched a few Utube video's on sprinter vans which are similar to my 2018 chassis but not identical. tks much
