Newbie pricing question please Help

Hi all

We live in North Carolina and my partner and I are looking to buy a leisure van Unity

I understand confidentiality and exact pricing, but may I ask a general question about these vans.

They fit our lifestyle and we’ve decided we would like to buy this versus other types of RVs.

we understand they hold their value well but almost every other rv vehicle you get a large discount off of MSRP.

Are these different? A lot of folks on the Internet said they paid sticker and sometimes above sticker. Is that true for the leisure vans?

If that’s the case, is there a benefit to buying a three or four year old with 30,000 miles?  I have seen those with very high prices as well compared to other types of RVs.

Are these hard to get? I have read there could be a wait  of two years. Is that marketing or is that hype or is that the truth? Any guidance to  Being a new person in the RV world would be helpful. Thank you in advance to all.

We just purchased so simple answers for you.

NEW Leisure Travel units are sold at MSRP or + depending on the model. Unity was MSRP. If on the lot. Wait to order one was told would be 5-6 months. AND no price guaranty. You won't know the final price till it arrives.

Wonder was MSRP PLUS 4-5K. If on the lot. Wait to order a Wonder was 2 yrs and again no price guaranty. Could be 10's of thousands more than current pricing when it arrives.

We purchased a USED 2023 Unity twin bed (2k miles on it) we saved 60k off current price for same 2025 model
Do not go gentle into that good night!
