HVAC

I have a 2020 Unity Twin Bed with two, one-hundred amp Battleborn batteries.  I've adjusted the solar and inverter to Lithium (it had not been done on install by prior owners) but I have a basic question.  Any reason I cannot use the Dometic rooftop unit on DC at least in fan mode.  I understand no heat or AC unless gen running or plugged in, but why not the fan?

On that line are the galley and head fans enough for sleeping in warm weather?
Ps: I get the limited inverter capacity, but talking a fan here basically.
Thanks in advance.

I believe you have to move the AC to the invertor side of the fuse panel from the shore power side. If you get a soft start you might also get to use the AC for short periods of time.

Thank you.  That makes total sense.
What about the adequacy of the two fans for cooling down the unit?

I know if the nights are cooler out which they typically. Are we just use the one main fan on the lowest setting?Open the back windows slightly and it sucks in plenty of cold air and works really well.Air conditioning is not needed about ninety percent of the time at night unless it's humid.
