 Our 2019 Unity has a universal door fob ( chassis & coach ) . Out of the blue the Coach door fails to open.
VERY INCONVENIENT!
Clearly the mechanical key functionality seems normal and smooth . The internal solenoid sounds normal also with the two push of fob button resulting in a clunk of coach latch. Presumably that points towards lack of lubricant or mechanical issue as opposed to electrical problem. I’ve pushed inward on Coach door and actuated solenoid repeatedly with no success.
In the morning I’m hoping the two large Philips screws will give access to lock from inside ? Screen door is somewhat in the way.

Got up this morning and easily uncovered problem with 3 easy Philips screws. The main latch bolt is broken. My take on this is owners with the same Trimark door latch should pay attention to lubrication and striker plate adjustment so as to minimize force required to pull back striker bolt. It’s robust where it strikes but internally not so. Haven’t investigated replacement yet.
