Which Options on the 2021 Wonder would you get?

I am in the process of ordering my new 2021 Wonder RTB.  I am trying to figure out which options should I get on this from the manufacturer.  For example, should I get the Lithium upgrade or is it easy just to change the batteries out myself after I receive the RV.  Here are the upgrades.  Which would you get LTV to do at the manufacturing site?

AWD - $6500
Exterior Ladder - $338
Fan Upgrade - $475
200 Watt Solar - $1476
400 Watt Solar - $2951
Lithium Upgrade with heater - $3770
Generator Gas - $4420
Key Fob - $371
Macerator - $832

I am leaning towards getting the Fan Upgrade, 400 Watt Solar, Gas Generator Macerator, and Key Fob.

Thanks for all your help.

Yes, fan upgrade, gas generator, key fob, macerator (because everyone says they are so clean & easy, me macer quit at 8 months, still using the 3” hose, new one still in box!)
Solar & Lithiums are lot less from aftermarket, maybe $3000, and much better quality.  But if you are not ready to deal with aftermarket installers, then go with LTV.
More important do you know how you will use the rv?  If on shore power most of the time, AGM & 2 panels can be fine.  If boondocking most of the time, 2 Lithiums & 4 panels may not be enough.
Best would be to use the rv for a year or so and see what you really need.
Our 2019 Wonder came with 2 flooded batteries and 4 solar panels.  We easily boondocked for 5 days, No generator,  until we had to move to empty the tanks.  Off course this was mid summer with great sun, with rainy cloudy weather this would not have worked.

I would advise AGAINST the fan upgrade. In the WonderRTB, there is no reason to need two 14" Fantastic fans 2" from one another. The main fan is all you ever would need and a smaller fan would be better than the 14" fan in the toilet area-which heats up from the plexiglass cover. It's one of the few design faults of the WonderRTB in my opinion.

I own a 2018 Wonder.  Love it.  Ordered it.  If it were me today I would go this way:

AWD - $6500 - Depends on what your preference is.  Expensive option.  I don't know pros and cons of AWD in an RV.  As important as cars?

Exterior Ladder - $338 - No way.  Hard to climb in the first place and you won't need to be up there much.

Fan Upgrade - $475 - Yes and then upgrade some more to best MaxAir fan.  Gmilleok1 above is probably correct.  You can install an upgrade yourself in one of the holes...

200 Watt Solar - $1476 - Never in a million years.  Do it yourself.  This system is probably worth $500 at the most.

400 Watt Solar - $2951 - Obviously even worse.  PM me if you want more of my opinion.

Lithium Upgrade with heater - $3770 - Again, never in a million years.  Way too expensive.  For the almost $7k  you would spend you can install perhaps twice as much better stuff to solve the same problem.  If you are handy you can do this yourself.

Generator Gas - $4420 - If you do the solar upgrade right maybe not.  This is one that I struggle with as well.  You can use the space where this generator sits to add more batteries and build a complete electric coach for the now $11.5K you save by not buying all this stuff.

Key Fob - $371 - Yes

Macerator - $832 - Yes.  But now for me only maybe.  Mine fell off on this most recent trip and I'm going to be able to install a new one for about $250 plus my time.  I would definitely have one but don't know that I would pay $832 for one.

As you can see or tell I'm a DIY guy.  I'd buy just the bare minimum and build up from there.  If you check out the Sprinter Forum there is a very well attended forum dedicated to Unity's.  There are a few Wonder folks there as well.  There is also a ton of information about upgrading and modifying your Leisure whether it's Sprinter based or Transit.  More info for you to peruse.

I ordered everything except for the lithium batteries. I can dry camp for 4 days with the tv on most of the day and the furnace running for 1 night. Didn't need to run the generator but nice to have.  I only ordered the ladder for emergencies. I had to go up on the roof to set the dish to Bell (I asked the dealer to ask the factory to set it for Bell but it came set for Direct TV). No real problem except it is difficult for me to climb a ladder at 76 so I used a house ladder on the side of the coach with a carpet over the upper rungs to avoid damaging the coach.  I probably wouldn't order the ladder again to save the space and money.

Ladder, key fob, fans (regrettably), macerator. No solar, no genset, no battery upgrade. Upgraded those post delivery with rigid panel, 600 lithium, 3000 watt inverter charger, compressor fridge.
