Wanted to share a very good experience with MB of Knoxville (TN) for Sprinter service since I know service locations can be hit or miss.

Pixel Matrix Display (cracked) and sensor on the brake pedal replaced under warranty, driver airbag recall, and A-service done.

Called late last week, got an appointment just a couple of days out, entire service visit was about 5 hours. Lots of Sprinters there for service.
