Can the Dometic Premium drop-in holding tank treatment packets be used in this type of toilet.


Suggestions on other treatments would be appreciated...

I dint think there is anything special about your toilet, you can use anything that is approved for RV toilets
Lot of people use Happy Camper.
We seldom use anything, just dump it before it gets too old!

We had a VacuFlush toilet in our previous diesel pusher.  Not quite the same as a macerator toilet, but definitely sensitive to "incompressible" items.  What I would do with the holding tank packets (if we had to use that type), is leave it in the bowl with some water for a little while, until it dissolved, then flush it.  It usually just had to sit for 5-10 minutes before you couldn't see any exterior pouch material or crystals (if it was a pouch of dry crystals).
