Hi all.  I have just completed installing a Holoview RD10 on our 2022 LTV Unity.  It presents the image upside down.  There is, supposedly, a function to flip the image, but it doesn't work.  Pressing the "button" designated to flip the image does nothing at all.

There is no technical support for Haloview it would seem.  I wrote for help earlier, with a question on pairing, and received a reply that the people were on vacation.  The instruction/installation manual is pretty useless as well.  In point of fact, it says nothing about the mounting orientation of the camera, so I concluded it could mount either way, due to the screen flip function.

What a frustration.

Does anyone know anything about this, or know anyone I might contact?  Leaving on a 6 week trip in 4 days, bought this system for the trip as my wife is uncomfortable without rear view, and really wanted this camera working.
