New Purchase Questions & Advice

Good Day.  Considering a Unity MBL, FX, or MB.  We liked the TB, but without the slide it seems rather small inside.  Can you all let me know the pros and cons of the Unity?  Worried about external storage, will the AC keep it cool? and any other issues or surprises you have run in to.  We are coming from a 36' fiver.  Also thinking of Navion, or Entegra 26B and Newmar Class A 30 footer.  Really trying to stay on the small side though.  I read the Entregra 15,000 BTU wasn't keeping a 26.5' unit cool, so it made me wonder.

We have a 2022 Unity RL. First thing I want to say is this: You will never find another RV manufacturer that builds with the quality of LTV Unity. A couple of things that influenced us in our purchase--we didn't want a slide out. They are the number 1 repair item on RV's. For us we didn't feel like it added that much more room. Also slide outs add to your total weight. Exterior storage is adequate but nothing compared to larger RV units. As far as the AC goes our LTV has a Dometic 15,000 btu AC with a heat pump. It has been way more than adequate. We are living in ours as we build a new house. We have lived in it now for 13 months. The AC will pull down the outside temp by 22-25 degrees.  We have endured 40+ consecutive days of triple digit heat--maintaining 80 degrees inside when it is 110 degrees outside. I noticed that the 2024 Unity only has a 13,500 AC with no heat pump. I can't attest to how efficient that one is. In summary, you can't go wrong buying a LTV Unity. Just pick the floor plan you like.
