I am looking at replacing the mattress in my 2015 MB. The new mattress is going to be about 30 lbs more then the original. My concern is the extra weight on the slide out and stress on the motors. LTV said a I could go with a little more weight but were vague . Would lowering  the bed when extending the slide decrease the over weight load on the slide motors? Or should I not be concerned about extra weight?

I wouldn't worry about that little extra weight.  I have retracted the bedroom slide one my current Bigfoot with my wife and our dogs on the bed plus a heavy foam topper and bedding, no problem. That would be about 200 extra pounds, I haven't done this often but when I have I had no issue.
