Topic: Center light console module fail (Read 333 times) previous topic - next topic

2011 Sprinter 3500 chassis with 2012 Unity U24MB coach.
Anyone else have a failure of the chassis center light console not lighting up? The outside courtesy lights above the doors don't work either.
I was told by a "Mercedes-certified" local mechanic that the printed circuit board had failed and I needed to buy the whole new unit.
I bought a $400 MB genuine part and plugged it in. It doesn't work either. I have looked at the fuse blocks and cannot find any fuse burned out.
Anyone else solve this problem?
