Battery maintenance over winter

Hi:
I'm new to the Leisure Unity and facing my first winter.  To keep the two house batteries and the chassis battery charged will I need three trickle chargers or are all three batteries connected for charging?

Thanks!

The house batteries are connected together, so a single charger is needed there. The chassis battery is independent but there may be a disconnect switch, not sure of current models, location noted in the owners manual. If you can find this switch it eliminates the parasitic draw and a charger becomes optional depending on the length of the downtime. The same can be said for the house batteries, if they are disconnected a charger might be optional.  I personally like having a charger on both set of batteries as I like to start the engine every month during the winter. we also use the rig during mild weather and having the batteries connected and fully charged is convenient.

if you have solar panels they will charge your house batteries
The Battery Disconnect is located on the right side of the gas pedal.  in the MB Manual it is called the Battery Isolating Switch where is show that you need to wait 20 or 30 seconds after you turn the switch to off before you pull the cable.
I have a 7 yr old battery FLA for the chassis I do not charge it even when we get -15C during the winter.  It started just fine in the spring.

Theturnguy didn't state the chassis model year of his Unity, so if it is a  2019+ (VS30) model the setup is a little different. The disconnect is located inside the center console and accessed through a removable door near where the driver's calf would be. The door  is a little hard to remove since it looks cosmetic - just grab it and yank. Then you need a flashlight or some torch to see inside the console to the cable disconnect. You press the connector an pull it free. This disconnects the negative (ground) of the chassis from the battery.
It is also recommended to pull the fuse #32 in the fuse box under  the driver's seat. This isolates the small emergency battery on VS30. Failing to do this will cause this battery to drain over the winter.

The manual says to wait 20 minutes for all modules to go to sleep before disconnecting the negative post.

Jist plug in the LTV and it will charge the house batteries on a trickle  Hargett with you invertor to a 110 outlet. Run some 12 guage wire from the batter to the first bay behind it and put a little plug in so your trickle charge all you do is plug in the extension slot and easy as peasy
