You can do a straight replacement with 2 Lith 100ah each and do nothing else, but…..
You probably have a Magnum 1000watt inverter/charger and it does not have a Lith setting, To get the highest charge you would set it AGM and get about 85% charge.
If you have solar, probably a GoPower controller & it also probably does not have a Lith setting.
Driving will charge the house & chassis batteries, some say you need to replace the solenoid with a dc to dc charger, Battle Born said ok up to 300ah of batteries, some say you can burn up the alternator, if not changed.  I drove about a year with the solenoid, before changing to a dc to dc charger.

Talk to your Lith battery seller for his recommendations.

I have a Victron solar controller.  It’s the third one starting with various boats.  It has a Lithium Iron Phosphate setting on it.  I switched out the solenoid switch (or whatever it is) under the passenger’s seat for a Blue Sea DC to DC automatic charge controller.  I have used them on boats too.  Good experience with all of these.

Switching out the solar controller is really easy.  I put 400 watts of solar on the roof using Renogy 100 watt panels.  I am not a fan of flexible panels.  I did not opt for LiFePo batteries, but went with AGM.
