For some reason I keep locking myself out. It’s strange because however this happens, it doesn’t require me to enter any password and there’s no place to enter the default 0000 to undo it.
Now I tried to do a factory reset - big mistake!  My tv screen is now inverted.

Anyone know the secret remote key button combo to enter the tv debug / hidden factory menu? The mfr gave it tome once already but I can’t seem to find it.

Hello, I just ran into the same problem with my Connex tv. Did you find a solution. I have tried and searched everywhere.

yeah, i figured it out. (It was something simple that will make you smack yourself). Make sure the INPUT SOURCE is correct. I had mine set to the wrong input and it should have been TV not HDMI 1 for me. As soon as I switched it, the lock button went away. 

Thanks for the reply. I have the matrix on A 1 and the Connex tv on HDMI 1.  The lock on the menu is now locked, I don’t seem to be able to unlock it. It was  for awhile unlocked!  And the image is upside down. Any suggestions?

Yes, it actually isn’t locked, you need to change the input source on your remote to TV before you can alter any settings there. I was doing the same thing. You might be in HDMI instead? If you clicked the Reset to Default then your tv image will flip upside down. Lord knows why LTV is installing these upside down… but there it is. 
To get it back you’ll need to enter the “secret” settings mode by typing a code into your remote.
