The finish on the grab handle outside of the coach door on our 2018 Unity is wearing off. Is there any way to restore it? Any product out there?

I would recommend contacting your local Leisure Travel dealership to try and order a replacement. If you were to refinish it, in order for it to look new and uniform, you would need to sand all of the existing paint off to a smooth surface, prime and paint with a high quality exterior furniture paint. Either way you will need to remove the handle in order to fix correctly.

I have the same problem. I called Leisure and ordered a replacement. 45 bucks so a minor cost considering.

On my 2019 the paint started to chip off my outside handle, but not the inside!  LTV sent me new handle  under warranty.
You could wrap it with something that looks like carbon fiber.  I am sure Amazon has something.
