2020 FX exterior window behind Murphy bed

Took possession of our new FX in February.Top of exterior window behind Murphy bed pulling away from bracket on coach. Dealer installing all new window/window kit this week. Anyone experienced this on new or old? BTW - we had never even opened the window yet from the inside.
