Title: Dehumidify setting
Post by: rwbarbee on November 17, 2024, 12:24:50 pm
Hi all.
We have a 2024 Unity TB and I’m wondering about the Dehumidify setting in the climate control of the Firefly system.

I can find no documentation on it; the pictures in the Unity manual show a Heat Pump setting instead of the Dehumid setting that we actually have.

How effective is the on-board dehumidifier? Does it work as well as a stand alone?
Is it something we can leave on for an extended length of time between trips while we have cold and wet weather?

thanks for any insight.

It’s a separate setting from cooling.
In any event, I talked to someone from Truma and she said it’s not meant to be used long term.
We got a small dehumidifier that seems to work well.
