We have 2022 Wonder RTB with dual lithium batteries and 4 solar panels options added at time of purchase. We've had for about a year and a half now. But we never needed to store batteries during winter before because of a lot of use. We're not traveling this winter. So new this year, I need to know how to properly disconnect the lithium batteries -- what precautions do I need take, what is process. And I need to know if there's something I'm supposed to do with/for the solar panels or Zamp controller box as part of this process.
Sorry if this has already been covered here; couldn't seem to find. Finding instructions in manual to be lacking/unclear. And looking online is yielding a LOT of mixed/conflicting results ...
I know what to do with battery to maintain/preserve it over winter once it's disconnected. I just need to know how to disconnect from coach so it's not getting any power. And to make sure Zamp controller doesn't get messed up in process because of solar option.
Any help anyone can provide would be VERY appreciated!!!

You can go to the Leisure Travel Van site you can register as an owner (maybe you already did) and login to MyLTV and look under How-To Videos and then Energy Systems. If you fast forward to 17:00 minutes in they talk about how to disconnect the batteries.

That said, to disconnect the batteries you disconnect Neutral Ground first, then red. Store them in a warm dry place. As the guy in the video says, take a picture first so you have a reference when reinstalling the batteries. I would also consider adding a trickle charger made for lithium batteries.

Thank you for this! I had watched the videos a long time ago but forgot they were there! :-) I just rewatched and still have a question about the solar controller. I’m clear on how to unhook lithium batteries. But I’ve heard/read that because of the solar panels, I have to do something special/extra to make sure the solar panels don’t continue to send power to things like controller, possibly damaging controller.
Does anyone know if this is true? If you have solar, what do you do to protect components when disconnecting battery?
You need to stop solar from sending power to the batteries.
You can cover each panel to prevent charging.
You can install a switch in the incoming solar cable befor the controller, to turn off power going to the batteries.
You can disconnect the incoming solar cable from the controller.
