Hi we have a 2019 Unity MB and have installed a Victron 712 smart shunt between the neg post of the battery and chassis ground bolt but it shows a parasitic load of 5 amps which seems high. The other issue is that when starting the engine it shows a 25 amp draw.from the house battery. What's with this? Did I wire wrong, bad IRD or what? Thanks in advance for the help.

We are new too, but I think you’ll find sewer hoses are fairly standard, though some have ends that may help hooking up. They will need to be taken off to fit in the storage tube. If you’re after OEM, just call LTV and they will get you the right stuff.

How are the roller window shades removed? The valance blocks where the roller assembly is attached, and I can't figure out how to remove it without breaking something.

How do I find out what model number is the sewer hose on 2022 MB and where is a good place to buy one? Also, is it difficult to replace? Thanks

We solved the problem this afternoon. I downloaded the Cummins manuals and then was able to find the troubleshooting procedure for a dead remote panel. I had to open up the front of the generator, remove the bottom black piece that goes across the generator and take off the right front panel. That exposed the control board. There is a 30 amp fuse on there that had blown. I think the firefly generator controls are miswired on our camper. Every time we try and use them to control the generator something goes wrong. I replaced the 30 amp fuse and the generator is working great.
Thanks for the suggestion on the switch. I had already tried that with no success.

Unless the switch itself is stuck, the only ideas that come to mind would be the turn the remote permission switch on the generator off and on and to turn off the circuit breaker switch off and on. Best
