Has anyone had luck in removing the switch panel to replace the small battery without damaging the cover
1. Checked out the My LTV site however could not remove the cover as detailed in the video 2. I broke the clips when removing 3. The dealer used a screw driver and instead placed a large dent in the cover when removing

LTV is the only place you can buy it, yes the price is steep. Mine is on order, I will let you know once I get it, e.g. how I like it. I’m hoping it’s worth it…..

Indeed the breaker is on the Onan itself under the removable cover. The DC switch on my LTV is to the left of the steps on the galley door under the handle, it is a rotation switch (in my case on being turned to the right, off upright). Seems this issue should have been more obvious to me, but an electrical engineer I am not.
the generator could run with both the breaker and DC switch off
Just so I understand both of these references - 1. Is the "breaker" the one inside the Onan case? 2. Is the "switch" referring to a breaker in the Unity's power/breaker panel?

Best own up to this one as a learning moment. Turns out after getting the generator worked on, the DC switch was turned off. So when running the generator caused the error, so there was no battery in sight of the running generator. It also explains why the generator could run with both the breaker and DC switch off since it was not bothering to look for a battery to charge at all. Thought I would remind folks that checking the DC switch might help out at times. Luckily I found out prior to paying the $195/hr at the shop.

Doe anyone know where the fuse is for the Dragonfly battery heaters? My unit is a 2022 Unity IB. The manual shows a fuse in the schematic. But no mention of is location in the coach.

Mercedes sells a charger that I was told was compatible with the 2021 Sprinter chassis I have despite their software saying it was not compatible. My Sprinter has a lithium battery under the passenger seat that is charged by the chassis battery. My Mercedes charger never goes into trickle charge mode on the Sprinter. It does on my Toyota. So rather than leave it on, I check the chassis battery using the Mercedes ap. I had an accident last year and the shop did not keep the chassis battery charged per the ap. They told me they had to replace the lithium battery. When I see the chassis battery needing a charge, I use the charger. Or drive it to a campground.

I just got done replacing my (2)100Ah AGM's for (2) 300Ah Epoch LiFePO4 batteries. Pretty straight forward to do, just make sure you; Turn off the inverter, disconnect the main house power switch & protect (cover) the Positive terminal connection while working in the bay as there is still power coming from your solar panels. Here's some pictures of my replacement. I wanted to reuse the battery trays to keep things from moving around. However, my new batteries where a bit wider and longer. So, I cut the trays in quarters so I could get the new batteries into them and remounted them in the bay. Worked out well.... reduce, reuse! Also, really like the Epoch bluetooth monitoring app!
You need to stop solar from sending power to the batteries. You can cover each panel to prevent charging. You can install a switch in the incoming solar cable befor the controller, to turn off power going to the batteries. You can disconnect the incoming solar cable from the controller.
Newbie here, thought I'd add to this discussion to say thanks for these tips. I'm installing new House batteries and all of this is pretty relevent to that as well!
